exposure. We are always adding new features to the site to
help them in their careers. We strive to keep the site
free for those wishing to have portfolios here.
2. By uploading photos to your portfolio here, you certify that you are the copyright holder, or have permission from the copyright holder to use the photo in promotions. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your account.
3. Babe Warehouse contains information posted by those with
portfolios on this site (i.e. biographies). Babe Warehouse
asks that that any information posted is kept "clean"
from foul language to maintain the professional quality.
Failure to do so may result in your portfolio being removed.
4. You agree not to post or transmit any unlawful, fake, fraudulent, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any
kind. Babe Warehouse reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to edit, refuse to post, or remove any material,
links, email addresses, images, and content submitted. 4. Your use of the
site is at your own risk. Babe Warehouse shall not be liable to
you or other parties for any loss, injury, or any damages
arising out of using this site. You hereby waive any and
all claims against Babe Warehouse arising out of your use of
this site.
5. Any communication or material you post or transmit to
the Babe Warehouse is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. You assume full responsibility for anything you post or
transmit.
6. Babe Warehouse does not review or monitor any
outside web sites linked to from Babe Warehouse or from personal portfolios on this site. When clicking links to personal pages from
Babe Warehouse all users of the system acknowledge that Babe Warehouse is not responsible for the accuracy or content of those links.
7. Tasteful nudity is allowed, however sexually explicit images are not permitted on this site. Sexually explicit images include but are not limited to images of sexual
intercourse or overt sexual positions (such as noticeably visible
or spread genitalia). Images of this nature will not be
approved, and failure to adhere to this restriction will result in the removal of the
images.
8. Any nude photos submitted to this site
will be placed inside an area not accessible to minors.
9. Babe Warehouse does not support bandwidth theft or the misuse of links from
other sites to Babe Warehouse. Anyone found linking images from Babe Warehouse to other sites, copying content from
Babe Warehouse, or inappropriately linking to Babe Warehouse (to increase their views - through use of hidden frames, or using programs to artificially raise page views etc.) will result in
permanent removal. 10. Babe Warehouse will not be
held liable for any inappropriate emails you may receive by
having a portfolio on the site. Each portfolio contains a
contact section, and Babe Warehouse cannot be held accountable
for a visitor misusing this functionality.
11. As a member of Babe Warehouse - you may receive
email notifications when a new feature is added to the site. 12.
Babe Warehouse is not intended for users under the age of 18. If you are
18 years or younger do not submit a portfolio or any personal information.
Violators will be immediately removed.
